Steel-plastic complex corrosionn-protecting pipeline and pipeline parts

The steel lined F4 pipe and pipe parts enjoy the biggest corrosion resistance among all the corrosion protecting pipe. Except the melted base metal, florine and trichloride, it can resist nearly acids, bases, salts, oxides, organic solvents and other chemical media with strong corrosive performance of all types and all concentration, and work at -193°C -- +250°C, maintaing long-term aging resistance. Steel-lined PP, PE steel-plastic complex pipe has excellent corrosion resistance to common acids, bases, salts and organic solvents at normal temperature, has corrosion resistance to base salts of various concentrations, sulfuric acid of 70% concentration, nitric acid of 50% concentration, phosphoric acid of 85% concentration, and acetic acid of 20% concentration, but is not corrosion-resisting to concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and other strong oxides.

Straight Pipe :

The hull is a seamless steel pipe with ends welded with flanges and the pipe is lined with F4,PP or PE, ETFE as a corrosion protecting layer. The corrosion protecting layer covers the sealing surface of the flange. The pipes used under positive pressure enjoy the pressure resistance of 0.6MPa and 1.6MPa. The pipes under negative pressure enjoy the pressure resistance of 0.095 MPa.
The flanges are manufactured according to the standard flatly welding flanges of 0.25,0.6,1.0 and 1.6MPa.
